We are looking for candidates to join a contact centre team specialising as the first point of call for a range of needs – ranging from the "short and sweet" question to the very complex. With multiple opportunities available and an immediate start, get in quick for your chance to join a fun and supportive team! If you understand the nature of working in a pure customer service role, are able to think on your feet and problem solve, and have excellent communication skills, we would love to talk to you.
About the role:

Respond to incoming phone and web enquiries
- Provide extensive assistance around various procedures, legislations and regulations

Work with confidential information and documentation
- Upkeep of the database and CRM, and general administration around customer enquiries

Potential for development opportunities
- Great CBD location - close to public transport
- Monday to Friday hours, no weekends or shiftwork
To be eligible for this role, you are required to be currently residing in Wellington. The recruitment process will involve completing a Ministry of Justice Criminal Conviction check, a Credit Check and contacting two recent referees.
