What would you be doing?

The answer to this question is a lot of different things - so you need to love variety - to name a few read on below;

Admin - you will be doing general daily admin tasks such as receipting payments, creating purchase orders, reconciling cash and eftpos and banking daily, and ordering office supplies etc as required.

Sales - you will be assisting the sales team in a support role to drop off and pick up vehicles and suppliers, checking details on all sales paperwork, completing change of ownerships and vehicle registrations and generating sales letters.

Hospitality - you will be acting in a concierge role ensuring the store is always looking immaculate and welcoming to our customers - tasks such as having the coffee machine ready to go each morning, ensuring all magazines and sales brochures are current and up to date and greeting and meeting our customers as they enter the store.

Compliance - you will be responsible for ensuring our Levin store is maintaining compliance in Health and Safety, maintaining our Enviro Mark standards and organising any maintenance as required.  Don't worry as these responsibilities are supported by our group HR/Health and Safety team leader who will work along side you with this.
