We are currently offering an exciting opportunity within our growing team of highly experienced and enthusiastic staff. We looking for a competent and motivated Intermediate Architectural Designer / Technician to join the Architectural team in our Tauranga office. The position has a varied role focused including the preparation of detailed documentation / building and resource consent applications / project administration / on-site investigation / technical development etc. You will work on an extensive range of commercial and industrial projects, and enjoy technical challenges and problem solving involved in producing the latest designs.
If you are a qualified, technically orientated Architectural Designer / Technician with sound knowledge and 3 years minimum experience with a desire to excel, come and join the team at Kirk Roberts.
The ideal candidate requires:
- Sound knowledge and proven New Zealand experience
- Architectural Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Comprehensive understanding of NZBC and NZS3604
- Strong technical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time-management
- Knowledge of Revit software will be beneficial
