First, here’s a little about us
We are an integrated, award-winning design studio that removes the traditional boundaries between the disciplines of architecture, landscape and urban design. We are guided by a clear set of principles and ideas; our kaupapa is based on deepening the relationships between land, people and culture.
As our new intermediate/senior architect you’ll be:
- Working across a diverse range of inspiring projects that inspire and endure as much as they enrich places and people
- Delivering civic, residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings integrated into the fabric of the urban environment
- An instrumental part of project teams producing design and technical deliverables
- Building on your design, detail design and problem-solving skills while applying fresh creative perspectives
- Helping mentor junior designers and as you cultivate innovation, people and projects
You’ll have:
- 4+ years’ experience ideally across residential, commercial, civic and mixed used projects
- Strong design-led thinking coupled with a drive for excellence, innovation and creativity
- A grounding across all facets of project design including client management and early stage design through to contract admin and delivering projects to the ground
- An understanding of NZ building codes and relevant standards
- Excitement about collaborating within our “no boundaries” design environment
