A newly created Associate Director role to work amongst an internationally renowned architectural studio.
Are you currently feeling stuck in an Architect role with no clear progression to further your career within the industry? Now you have the opportunity to work with a household name in the industry whilst further developing your portfolio. This studio specialises within the commercial, mixed-use development, civic and multi-unit residential sectors which means you will get plenty of variety rather than being pigeonholed into a particular sector.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A valid work visa or residency
- Be a NZ or international Registered Architect
- A strong portfolio with projects within the commercial/residential sectors
This role will appeal to you if you are after a seat at the top whilst contributing to some of the most beautiful architecture shaping our skylines today. This isn’t a management only role - you will be heavily involved with key projects whilst mentoring younger staff. My client is flexible on the type of background you came from (whether you’re a Registered Architect or Associate at your current role), as it’s more about the fit than anything else. To begin with, you won’t be buying into the business, but shares is on the cards once you have surpassed 12 months should you wish to.
