This is a unique position within an established high-end Wellington design firm. You will have the opportunity to work on special negotiated high-end projects that others would never get to do.
Our Wellington based client has a long record of award winning work. It's clients projects will keep a keen Registered Architect challenged and stimulated.
As you will be wanting to be more than an employee, this position offers the opportunity to be rewarded with profit sharing of the performance of the company.
Perhaps through your existing business network you will be able to add further business to this firm, or are wanting to learn from an experienced team how to undertake more business development work in addition to overall experience as an Architect.
Being an experienced Architect, you will be self-managing, seeking the autonomy to completely run design projects and enjoy client facing work.
This career position would appeal to:
- A Registered Architect with 3 - 12 years post-registration experience whom is seeking autonomy, with the reward of profit sharing, and ultimately gain a shareholding.
- An applicant with great design, project architect experience and wanting to contribute in terms of business development.
- A proficient REVIT user.
