The practice is in growth mode due to the expansion of projects for some time now into master planning, multi-level apartments, and retail interiors. The large scale commercial projects also continue, and they have recently won a large-scale complex $800million project and large scale residential developments recently secured with just one of those being valued at $100million.
It is a nice studio environment that feels like a small business, however is part of a larger experienced team in NZ and Australia who work on big buildings.
About the opportunity:
With large scale incoming projects, there is now a requirement to add another senior technician with exceptional Revit capability to the team.
You will join a team who work on some of the largest building projects in NZ. You will be encouraged to work to your potential and continue developing your skills, so definitely an opportunity to be innovative and do some of your best work here and the pipeline of work is substantial.
The team are proactive and work collaboratively. Management believe they have some of the sharpest graduates on board and the existing Revit / technical capability that exists in the team is substantial, so you will enjoy working with highly skilled peers.
