This is a very good position based in Christchurch for a Senior Architectural Technician proficient with 3D CAD - ideally Revit. This role will definitely advance a suitable applicant's career.

They have a great role in their Christchurch practice for a Senior Architectural Technician to join their team and contribute their skills to this collaborative team. Experience in a range of commercial particularly as well as in residential projects is very useful and will be appreciated by our client.
As a suitable applicant you will have 5 years or more architectural experience in both commercial, corporate, institutional, and residential type projects within New Zealand.
Your current senior skills will be well utilised, and you will be accorded responsibility and autonomy appropriate to your experience to enable you to flourish in your work.
A suitable applicant for the Senior Architectural Technician position will have:
- 5 years or more New Zealand architectural work experience.
- A good level of proficiency with Revit or ArchitCAD with Revit the preference, as well as being proficient with NZS, NZBC, detailed drawings, documentation, consents and working to deadlines as needed.
- A tertiary qualification at Diploma in Architectural Technology, or NZCAD, or B.A.S or equivalent.
