This is a great opportunity for a suitably experienced Architectural Technician with 2 to 5 years experience, and Revit proficiency, to take a step up in their career.
Our client is a very well respected architectural design practice in Wellington and they have a great role in their Wellington team for an Architectural Technician at Intermediate experience level to join their happy and stable but growing team.
In this position you will enjoy working on a variety of interesting commercial and residential projects and expand your knowledge and experience further.
As a suitable applicant you will have 2 to 5 years experience in an architectural design practice ideally having worked on a mix of residential and commercial projects.
Being a career-minded Architectural Technician you are looking for that next step up where you can use your existing skills and experience, and be keen to be given extra responsibility on the projects. You will be hungry to learn even more from other experienced people in the team so you can grow even further in your role and within the company.
As a suitable Architectural Technician (Intermediate) will have:
- From 2 to 5 years New Zealand architectural work experience.
- A good level of proficiency with Revit, an eye for detail, accurate with documentation and working to deadlines as needed.
- A tertiary qualification at Diploma Arch Technology, or B. Arch Studies or equivalent.
