Where? 

This global tech company started locally here in New Zealand less in 2011. They’re fresh out of start-up mode and have been making waves as of late; seeing over 100% total revenue growth in FY18.
  
They’re in the business of app development, and work with a huge number of charities and non-profits around the world to help raise money and awareness for good causes.
  
Headquartered in the US, their Kiwi office is over 100-strong and they’re looking to add to some top talent to their team, specifically in the Product/UX space!


What?

This is a true UX Design role – you’ll be collaborating with Researchers, Product Managers and Engineers in order to identify user needs and design solutions and experiences accordingly. You’ll be:
  

• Validating ideas; wireframing and producing rapid prototypes and mock ups
• Gathering stakeholder requirements and planning collaborative design sessions internally
• Creating a range of visual design outputs, i.e. moodboard, high fidelity screens, component design
• Delivering high-fidelity designs within a team environment
• Working closely with various stakeholders both locally and overseas

  
This is a really design-focused organisation with a HUGE product focus - they move fast and learn quickly; time management and prioritisation here will be key.

This is not a place for ego; you’ll be a passionate designer who understands the true meaning of ‘team’, is respectful, and will always back up your design decisions with data!
  
In a perfect world, you’ll have:
  

• 5+ years design experience, including product design (not just web/apps)
• Interactive prototyping capabilities
• Complete confidence delivering high-fidelity designs
• Solid experience with interaction and UI design
• Exceptional communication skills; you’ll be able to articulate ideas to high-level stakeholders and back-end developers
• Experience with user testing
