Description
- Reviewing and verifying architectural designs
- Ensuring compliance with regulations, master planning guidelines, international and local standards, municipal orders and local building regulations
- Verifying that all developments and fit-outs are completed
- Conducting regular site visits and final building inspections
- Participating in seminars and briefing sessions in order to communicate the guidelines and regulations to consultants/contractors and minimise non-compliance issues
Profile
- Degree in the relevant field
- 1+ years industry experience
- Experience with Vectorworks or AutoCAD
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Can-do attitude
