Registered Architect needed for a design lead studio in Auckland city.
Your new company
An established Architectural and Interior Design practice based on the fringe of AKL CBD are actively seeking an enthusiastic and career focused Revit Architect to join their team on a permanent basis. With a broad range of projects including education, commercial, residential, retail and healthcare work this practice are able to offer stability, diversity of projects and career development. Your new role
You will be a Registered Architect and will work closely with the directors of the practice. You will lead, manage and develop projects from concept to completion and also be a vital part of maintaining the overall work culture. You will be experienced in Revit and act as a mentor to those who are juniors in the practice. It is important that you have strong communication skills as this role will see you collaborate with technicians, architects, directors, clients and consultants. An interest in sustainable design is also advantageous.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Registered Architect with 4-6 years post-registration experience. This role will see you working closely with project Architects interpreting project brief, deciding design objectives and generating design concepts with client. You will also be responsible for preparing architectural documentation, specifications and schedules.
