This is a fantastic opportunity to join a New Zealand owned and operated finance business who have been operating for over 50 years. Specialising in hire purchases and personal loans, they are committed responsible lenders and are seeking an outbound call centre representative to join their small and friendly team.
The role:
As a valued team member, you will be responsible for outbound calls which will be a mix of both warm and cold calls while providing top-notch customer service, including:
- Contacting existing customers for VIP events
- Informing customers of current deals and promotions
- Sell products and services
- Take payment and contact details
- Approve finance applications
- Resolve customer complaints
To be successful in this role you will have had some outbound call centre experience, be a strong communicator and someone who thrives in a customer-centric environment. Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage, but not necessary as full training will be provided.
You will be a natural with customers and although provided with all the tools you need to succeed you will be encouraged to let your personality shine. Freedom to develop your own technique whilst building a rapport with customers is welcomed here.

This position is full time (40-hours) with the requirement to work one late night finish per week, Monday-Friday.
