The focus of the Customer Design and Delivery group is the delivery and management of our transport experiences for our customers in order for them to undertake a safe and efficient daily journey. 


The role

The purpose of this role is to manage and lead the provision of transport services to customers and ensure effective support is provided to enable customers to have seamless accessibility to a suite of robust services.


What you will bring

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Senior Contact Centre Leadership Experience
  • Demonstrated management experience with significant experience in a service delivery and/or regulatory environment
  • Proven record of developing people capability including coaching, mentoring and managing performance development plans in an operational environment
  • Proven record of motivating and leading customer-centric teams within a changing environment
