About the business
We are a small growing design practice who is a leader in our field. We design residential and light commercial buildings in both Steel and Timber framing. Our team leader has recently retired and we are looking for the right person to fill the role.
About the role
As well as providing quality design solutions for our clients you will manage the day to day needs of clients and allocate projects to and supervise your small team to compete projects on time.

Skills and experience
Good communication skills
Proficient in CAD design. Experience in Chief Architect would be an advantage.
Knowledge of NZBC
Hold a Design 2 licence.
