Job tasks and responsibilities
Services:
The contractor will provide the following services in respect of La Porchetta New Zealand and be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Perform Best Practice Reports at franchisee sites (compliance audits)
- General franchisee site visit
- Meeting with suppliers and source products
- Provide local knowledge
- Meet with prospective franchisees
- Scope out potential new sites
The Service will generally be provided in New Zealand, or such other locations agreed in advance by the La Porchetta.
Skills and experience
The Service will generally be provided in New Zealand, or such other locations agreed in advance by the La Porchetta.
The successful candidate will possess;
- Has the necessary skills and is in possession of all technical information, know, how, equipment and materials necessary to provide the Services.
- Be flexible with work hours, the Contractor will work during normal business hours but on occasion times may be requested by the Company to work outside these hours.
- To demonstrate the ability to work within a highly confidential environment
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a business consultancy role, preferably in a franchise environment and Involvement with retail and/or multi outlet industry essential
- Exceptional communication and Influencing skills
- Current driver's license
- Available to travel between South and North island.
- Sound planning and organisational ability
- Excellent written and verbal skill with high work ethic
- Strong leadership, time management and planning skills.
