What is the role?

This role is not a boring administrative or customer service  role. If you are looking to gain valuable experience at the outset of your career, then we can provide just the right environment.

We envisage the person who is appointed into this position to develop fairly quickly into a more senior role within the company.  We are seeking a proactive customer service / administration team member.

Your duties are wide-ranging and include reception duties, general office support; order processing, customer service support, and manage our factory store.  

New and interesting challenges come up daily, so your potential for developing new skills through a range of different projects and tasks is boundless.

You will also be comfortable working outside of normal business hours, due to the various time zones that we work in. It is a very demanding position, but we offer exciting opportunities to grow. 

About you

Prior administration and customer service experience is crucial. You will be tech savvy with above average Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe skills. You will hold a full drivers licence and have exceptional communication skills. 

Other key attributes include being able to problem solve problems, having initiative and an eye for detail. This position is a challenging, highly interesting role best suited to someone who is able to think on their feet and maintain composure whilst dealing with multiple overlapping tasks. Ideally you will have knowledge of Shopify, Unleashed and Xero. 

This position is a challenging, demanding, and not a 9-5 job and will involve some late nights.  It is an highly interesting role best suited to someone who is able to think on their feet and maintain composure whilst dealing with multiple overlapping tasks.
