Due to the growth of the business, we require a full time Loans Administration Support person to join our team. This position and salary range is pitched at an intermediate level – you will need 1 – 2 years office experience to be considered. We are looking for a professional, positive and self-motivated team player.
With full training provided, we are seeking someone who has a passion to learn and wants to further their career. This is a perfect opportunity for an individual wanting a new challenge and to gain insight into the workings of a fast paced and successful business.
The main responsibilities are:

Scanning and maintenance of insurance records

Contact and liaison with stakeholders and clients

Maintenance of client files

Accurate data entry
-
Assisting with office administration and in other areas of the business as required
The specific skills and competencies required for this role are:

1 – 2 years office administration experience

Microsoft Word and Excel skills at Intermediate level

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Great time management skills

Excellent personal presentation, customer service and telephone manner

A high standard of accuracy, consistency and attention to detail

Able to cope under pressure and work to deadlines

Permanent NZ Residency
This is a great opportunity for someone who is a quick learner and has a can-do attitude. Role will progress to loan and legal documentation for the right candidate. Previous experience in the legal, accounting or financial services sector will be advantageous. The hours of work for this position are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
