Mellow Business Group is a well-respected CA business based in Hamilton City.  We provide a full range of accounting compliance and planning services to clients throughout the Waikato region and beyond.  Our clients are successful SME and high end businesses operating across a range of industries.  We are a small team of dedicated professionals looking for a ‘Client Services Manager’ to join us.

The role entails a wide variety of administration type duties – reception, invoicing, banking, mail, data base management, companies office, small accounting type duties.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has at least three years’ experience in an administrative, reception, accounts role
  • Enjoys being front of house with polite and confident communication
  • Is confident with technology, strong MS office suite skills
  • Can pick up new systems and processes quickly, we use MYOB Accountants Office
  • Can self-manage, prioritising daily tasks
  • Is methodical, logical detailed and accurate

Our ideal candidate will have a bright and cheerful personality.  They will also be reliable, think on their feet and must have a ‘can do’ attitude with a willingness to assist the whole team get the job done, all while having a smile on their face.  Previous experience working in an Accountants business would be preferred but not essential.

The hours are between 30 – 37.5 (negotiable) per week, Monday - Friday
