The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Accounts Administrator Assistant to join our One Tree Hill office. As the Accounts Administrator Assistant you will be working closely with the Financial Manager and our senior accounts administrator.
Duties
This role includes but not limited to:
- Ensuring all account information is both accurate and timely
- Accurate entry of supplier invoices and account coding
- Process Marketing bookings for One Tree Hill and Ellerslie branch
- Create receivable invoices to client and staff
- Administration assistance to the Financial Manager and Senior Accounts Administrator
- General duties related to accounts department
About you
- Experience using MS office(Excel)
- Ability to work independently and autonomously as required
- Excellent communication and ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with Xero system will be advantage
