About the role

Based in our Carbine Rd, Mt Wellington head office, an exciting opportunity exists for an organised and energetic person to be the front face of our head office, someone who has strong organisational skills and enjoys providing excellent receptionist and office administrator duties.

This role has a lot of variety, from meeting and greeting our customers and visitors, managing the incoming phone calls, providing a warm and welcoming environment, the basic receptionist responsibilities to organising travel, the postage, couriers, ensuring general office supplies are in stock, maintaining the intranet people directory, liaising with the charitable organisations to have donations approved and last but not least supporting our very busy Service department with their administrative requirements - data entry for warranties, returns, keeping a smooth flowing efficient department.

Skills and experience

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Familiarity with office equipment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of organisation and prioritisation skills
