About the role
An all-encompassing role, with considerable variety, you will be responsible
for any support that the Partners need. Dealing with high-end clients your diverse tasks will include:
- Taking board minutes
- Organising functions and events
- Ordering stationary
- Processing invoices and expenses
- Arranging meetings, flights and taxis for executives
- Writing reports with exceptional verbal communication
- Some days will be fast paced and high volume, others will be more quiet
About you
- A jack-of-all-trades, able to lend a hand to anything
- Resilient, proactive, hardworking and organised
- Work both autonomously and within a team
- This industry confidentiality is key; it requires someone who is trustworthy and genuine
- Must have a full driver’s license
- Must love dogs
