APD is a digital marketing specialist and we're looking for an Office Manager to join our NZ team.
This part-time role reports into the CEO and will be responsible for the day to day management of the office as well as HR and Finance support.
Responsibilities include:
- Visitor liaison
- Stationary and office supply maintenance
- Office maintenance and liaison with service providers
- Ensuring kitchen and meetings rooms are well maintained
- Coordination of employee team events and social activities
- Coordination of travel and accommodation bookings
- General administration duties; filing, photocopying, scanning, post, organising couriers
- Reception - answering and redirecting calls, visitor liaison
- Ensure kitchen is clean and organised
- Maintain employee and supplier telephone lists
- Management of employee business cards
- Liaise with office maintenance suppliers for general enquiries and reporting technical faults
- Provide new employee IT, desk set-up and induction assistance for new employees including welcome email
- Liaise with CEO, CFO and accounting support to ensure all monthly invoices, staff expense claims and credit card spend is captured and passed to accounts.
- HR activities including management of employee of the month and employee anniversaries, probations, and coordinating offer letters
- Monthly HR reporting including headcount and turnover
- Monthly update of org charts
This role is a part time role ideally 5 days per week, 6 hours per day.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, professional presentation and be highly organised and proactive. Intermediate MS Office skills are essential.
