We now have an opportunity for an experienced office administrator to help us part - time for 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.00am - 3.00pm.

You will be strong communicator, highly accurate, and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks, with a calm and empathetic personality.

  • Completes general office administrative duties
  • Assists office staff in maintaining accurate files and databases
  • Prepares reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence
  • Assists with accounts and payroll functions, as required
  • Serves as the go-to for office inquiries and issues
  • Enters and tracks information in operational costing, invoicing, and time sheets
  • Generates purchase orders
  • Maintains a tidy office spaces

You will have...

  • At least 1 years' experience in a office administrative role
  • Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and be a proficient user of Microsoft and accounting software packages
  • Literate and numerate skills
  • Sound attention to detail
  • A doer and a finisher nature with a good sense of humor
  • Good organisational, administrative and time management skills
