NZ/AUS service company offers an opportunity to join a growing organisation.

We are looking for hard working, self motivated and self individual to work as part of our team to perform a variety of jobs

Duties Include:

  • Customer service
  • Manage in bound call and emails from customers
  • Call customers and arrange on site appointments for Technicians
  • Updating information in the system, data entry and ad-hoc administration
  • Liaising with Technicians and management
  • Receiving of courier deliveries and updating of systems
  • Day to Day Administration Duties

Skills / Experience

  • Previous customer service experience 
  • Experience in dealing with repairs or service and managing customer expectation
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Knowledgeable in Email, Word, Excel and willingness to learn new systems
