NZ/AUS service company offers an opportunity to join a growing organisation.
We are looking for hard working, self motivated and self individual to work as part of our team to perform a variety of jobs
Duties Include:
- Customer service
- Manage in bound call and emails from customers
- Call customers and arrange on site appointments for Technicians
- Updating information in the system, data entry and ad-hoc administration
- Liaising with Technicians and management
- Receiving of courier deliveries and updating of systems
- Day to Day Administration Duties
Skills / Experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience in dealing with repairs or service and managing customer expectation
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Knowledgeable in Email, Word, Excel and willingness to learn new systems
