Here's a fabulous opportunity for a skilled Administrator who enjoys working with numbers.
CARTERS National Support Office has a great opportunity for a motivated team player to join their dynamic team as a Technical Administration Assistant. The start date for the successful applicant will be the beginning of September 2018.
THE ROLE:
As a Technical Administration Assistant, you'll be expected to provide exceptional clerical /administrative services. If you thrive on accuracy and efficiency of information and processes then we want you on our team.
Your initiative will shine through your attention to detail as will your willingness to lend a hand.
You'll have a range of duties - so expect to:
- Assist the manufacturing branches with monthly stock takes
- Invoicing, processing credits, process month end reports
- Manage workload to ensure estimating/detailing flows smoothly
- Keep up to date logging of estimating/detailing work
- Ensure every customer (internal/external) is provided with exceptional customer service
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer Skills (Microsoft Suite)
- Commerce/Finance degree is a bonus
- Accuracy and attention to detail is a MUST
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams
- Ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure
- Building industry and product knowledge is desirable
