The Role:
The Executive Assistant role is responsible for ensuring that the CEO and the teams receive value adding administrative support as well as ensuring the wider executive team has the support and coordination of services to run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Travel and accommodation, diary, email and meeting management and credit card reconciliation and finance administration.
- Assisting with work load management, including delegating tasks, following up with others and general time management
- Arranging and minuting meetings, co-ordinating meetings, conference calls, induction and orientation of team members, training / development events.
- Preparation of presentations for the team, customers, suppliers and stakeholders as required.
- Active involvement in the strategic and business planning and budget preparation
Required Experience:
- Proven high trust relationship building skills
- Ability to competently deal with potentially complex or delicate issues or people
- Sound problem identification and solving skills, including a continuous improvement and “solutions focussed” approach
- Positive, “can-do” attitude
- Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook skills
- Competence and initiative with communication technology
- Ability to multi-task
- High level of initiative and pro-activity
