  • Immediate Start - 6 monts ++
  • $22-$23/hour + Holiday Pay
  • Takapuna

Our client in Takapuna is currently seeking a professional and warm part-time receptionist (32 hours per week) to join their busy and supportive team for 6 months (and potentially longer).

Duties:

  • Meeting & greeting clients/visitors
  • Booking internal meeting rooms
  • Coordinating meetings, office events
  • Managing facilities & fleet vehicles
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Previous reception/administration experience
  • High attention to detail, able to maintain high level of confidentiality
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Confident, proactive, friendly
  • Can start immediately for 6 months or longer
  • Able to finish at 4pm, 4 days a week
