- Immediate Start - 6 monts ++
- $22-$23/hour + Holiday Pay
- Takapuna
Our client in Takapuna is currently seeking a professional and warm part-time receptionist (32 hours per week) to join their busy and supportive team for 6 months (and potentially longer).
Duties:
- Meeting & greeting clients/visitors
- Booking internal meeting rooms
- Coordinating meetings, office events
- Managing facilities & fleet vehicles
- Providing administrative support to the wider team
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Previous reception/administration experience
- High attention to detail, able to maintain high level of confidentiality
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks
- Confident, proactive, friendly
- Can start immediately for 6 months or longer
- Able to finish at 4pm, 4 days a week
