As a member of the Customer Solutions Team it will be vital that you uphold and deliver the level of customer service that Nexans customers have come to expect. You will be a part of a friendly and tight-knit team based in Auckland who enjoy helping their team members out as much as their customers.
In this role you’ll be:
- Answering phone calls and enquiries in a positive and professional manner
- Processing customer orders and quotations in an accurate and timely manner
- Assessing stock availability and ensuring the efficient delivery of orders
- Maintaining exceptional customer relations with new and existing customers
To be successful in this role you’ll:
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and oral
- Have experience working in a customer service/administration role
- Be confident using computers, a high level of data accuracy and a strong eye for detail
- Able to think on your feet to solve unanticipated problems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
