OFFICE & ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR
We would love a person to join our team who has a positive attitude, initiative, strong work ethic, experience in all aspects of office/account administration and a love of gardening.
The role includes (but not limited to):
- Daily reconciliation and recording
- Banking
- Bank reconciliation
- Creditors and Debtors management
- Payroll
- GST and PAYE
- Creating and printing signage for the Garden Centre
- Marketing:
E-newsletters
Facebook
Advertising - Website Maintenance
- Monthly and annual financial recording and reporting
- Management of our Health and Safety Procedures
- … and all the other many tasks required for the efficient running of our office
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Advanced accounts and general office administration experience
- MYOB Payroll and MYOB Cashbook experience
- Microsoft Publisher, Excel, Word and Outlook experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, have great organisational skills, be proactive, able to multi-task and a willingness to go the extra mile when required
- A current and clean driver's licence
