About Better Health
Better Health is a General Practice development group, working in partnership with GP's to grow and sustain the best of independent General Practice.
We are seeking an Administrator who can join our team. This is a permanent part-time role, working 15- 20 hours per week (some flexibility), plus possible additional hours for leave cover.
About the position
Assisting the management team, you will be responsible for handling general administrative duties. Contributing to providing an effective delivery of services to the group.
Duties include:
- Collation and distribution of board papers
- Minute taking for board meetings
- General administration duties
- Administration assistance for our Community Infusion service.
Skills required:
- Previous experience in an administrative role essential.
- Previous minute taking experience required.
- Strong computer skills in particular Microsoft applications.
- Strong communication skills both written and oral.
- Ability to think outside the square and show initiative.
- Professional attitude.
- Ability to be a supportive team player as well as working autonomously.
Remuneration will reflect the successful candidate’s skills and experience.
