Chandler Macleod is currently seeking permanent Office Coordinators for several of our wonderful Auckland clients. If you are experienced with office coordination, diary management, and HR support, we may have a role for you.

Responsibilities within these positions include, but are not limited to:

  • Diary management
  • General ad hoc administration & coordination: ordering office supplies, database management, reporting, mail, couriers, document formatting, preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • HR administration support
  • Invoicing, preparing expenses, purchase orders
  • Minute taking.

We are seeking self-starter candidates that enjoy keeping busy in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, reliability, excellent communication, and strong time-management skills are crucial for these roles. Because these positions are permanent, you must also be a New Zealand Citizen or Resident to apply.
