Do you enjoy working within a great team dealing with a wide variety of people?

Working in our 3-person team in Blenheim Toyota as our receptionist/administrator, this full-time, 40 hour a week position offers a busy and varied role supporting the various departments within the dealership with reception and administration support.

Joining a driven dealership team of 45, you will have a large influence in creating an exceptional and personalised customer experience for all customers through your enthusiastic greeting and actioning of incoming phone calls, emails, post correspondence and visits. 

Key components of your role also include:

- petty cash management and daily banking

- account maintenance

- vehicle registrations and NZTA transactions

- some reporting to assist the department managers

- other general administration duties that all help run our business.

Your computer ability, personal presentation and manner will all compliment this role. Previous customer services experience or reception/administration experience would be an advantage but is not necessary. Training for the role is provided in-house and is complimented by role specific training over time.
