MSS Mechanical Support Systems Ltd is a market leader in the manufacture, supply and installation of cable containment solutions. Based in East Tamaki we now have a vacancy for a full-time Sales and Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join our friendly team.
Responsibilities
First point of contact for incoming telephone sales inquiries and customer orders.
Customer interaction for customers collecting goods.
Management of customer accounts and relating enquiries.
- Preparing weekly sales reports as required for management review.
- Maintaining the CRM database updating all sales related activity.
- Constant communication with the external sales team and our customers advising of and updating all relevant information as it comes to hand.
- Ensuring all customer requests are actioned with the utmost care and relevant information is communicated clearly and delivered within appropriate time frames.
- Sales support for the external sales team.
The ideal candidate will be innovative, creative and proactive with an analytical approach, exceptional attention to detail and committed to high quality standards.
