Hours of work

Tuesday to Friday (10:30am to 07:00pm) + Saturday (07:00am to 3:30pm)

Our client is looking for a self- motivated, “switched on” person keen to join the team as a Country Office Receptionist/Tracing Agent. This is an important role and is the first point of contact for customers and visitors and those calling in on the main telephone line. This role will provide plenty of variety and there will be some constant daily duties, but you could find yourself doing anything from arranging couriers to acting as an Agent for Customer Service staff, to organising proof of deliveries, actioning customer traces and shipments to all aspects of front of house where you will ensure all guest receive a friendly welcome as they arrive.

  • Super organised, reliable and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
  • Helpful by nature with a positive outlook and friendly demeanour
  • Take imitative and have a willingness to learn and get involved wherever needed.
  • A master of time management with the ability to multi task and take ownership of your work
  • Comfortable using the Microsoft Office suite with the ability to pick up new systems and technology with ease.
  • Strong work ethics.

Please note this is not your standard Monday to Friday work week so you need to be able to commit to the above days and times of work.
