- Permanent part-time position, 20 to 25 hours per week
- Based in Greenlane

About the role
This very busy role in our HR team offers you the opportunity to use your professional expertise to provide administration support with recruitment process, staff onboarding process, internal trainings programmes and reporting. The role will suit you if you enjoy delivering detailed and accurate reporting and be ready to support and to reinforce the organisational values of integrity and diversity.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong generalist administration skills
- Excellent communications skills (verbal & written)
- Well demonstrated organisational and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Exo Employee Information or similar HR software
- Proficient computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel & Word
- Commitment to Te Tiriti O Waitangi and cultural sensitivity
