To continue our success, and further support our sales team we are looking for a positive, motivated and proficient Sales Support/Customer Service Representative. In this newly created role, you will contribute to our success by taking ownership of the following daily responsibilities:
Sales support/ Customer service
- CRM management- loading new opportunities into our custom built software (like Salesforce)
- Phone and email communication, initial lead qualification and distribution across the sales team
- General customer enquiries and sales support responsibilities
- General office Admin and Ad-hoc projects
