Our client is currently requiring a highly experienced dedicated and communicative receptionist/administrator to be an integral part of their team.
This is a temporary role. The location is hard to access with public transport, so it will ideally suit somebody in the North Shore or North-West who has a reliable vehicle to get them to and from work. this role is an ASAP start so apply today without delay!
The role includes
- Managing the Site Visitor registration system
- Check in visiting contractors into visitor registration system
- Issue tool sheets to visiting contractors, maintain a database and copies of issued tool sheets and collect completed tool sheets once on the contractor exiting site
- Provide daily reports to department on entry/exit details
- Communicate with department on any non- conformance (contractors not signing out, not returning tool sheets etc)
- Provide site information to contractors
- Checking the compliance of contractors going into the new build
- This role is 6 days a week Monday - Saturday
What is required for the role
- 2+ years administration experience
- Able to hit the ground running
- Great communication skills- should be able to liaise with all levels in an organisation.
- Clear criminal convictions
- Good excel skills for data entry and the maintenance of systems
- Experienced in computer systems- systems savvy
- Hours may range between 7:00am - 8:00pm Monday - Friday and 7:00am - 4:00pm Saturdays. Also Sunday and public holidays by agreement
