About the role:
With a strong reputation for professionalism and excellence, this key Christchurch business continues to go from strength to strength. Working closely with the team and key clients, this role will have responsibility for providing administration support across the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing client and administrative support
- Managing internal databases
- Efficiently managing conflicting deadlines and priorities
- Creating and modifying existing documents
- Scheduling appointments and arranging meetings
- Assisting with events
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Ad hoc tasks as required
Key attributes required:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
