THE ROLE:

CARTERS Install+ is a service that specialises in insulation installation and can be extended to other areas of the build if required.

With an exciting period of growth ahead, a rare opportunity has opened within the Install+ team; facilitating the scheduling and coordinator of installs to customer specifications across the Waikato and Bay of Plenty region. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with Customers, Internal Stakeholders Employees and Sub-contractors, ensuring the accurate and timely coordination and scheduling of their install projects
  • Interpreting plans and understanding process around the insulation environment
  • Invoicing and other administration duties
  • Delivering a high level of customer satisfaction and handling any issues that may arise
  • Working with various systems, reporting on progress and keeping all parties in the loop at all times; multi-tasking will be your forte

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Must have excellent communication skills, proven in a similar scheduling/coordination role
  • Ability to pick up new systems quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle many projects at once, whilst staying calm under pressure
  • Ideally a background in a similar trade industry, although we are willing to consider candidates who can also demonstrate strengths in other areas of scheduling
