We have a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to join a West Auckland based, close knit team that enjoy a bit of laughter in the office but, work just as hard. The role has an opportunity for growth and is a busy and varied role.

The duties of the role will include but not be limited to:

  • Reception duties
  • Answering phones, taking messages, customer enquiries
  • Ordering products and scheduling
  • Updating customers on order status
  • Printing labels
  • Attending weekly meetings and taking Minutes
  • Providing quotations
  • Stock take
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Meeting room bookings
  • Facebook page maintenance
  • Updating/changing company website

To be successful we are after someone with:

  • Experience using MYOB
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work fast and efficient
  • Process oriented
  • Basic - Intermediate level using Microsoft suite
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proactive with a "can do" attitude
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Time management
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
