A little about the position

The role of Legal Secretary is not your traditional role and offers plenty of scope. Your primary role will be supporting 2 senior partners in the business by providing the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Some of the main responsibilities of these positions could also include:

  • Standard secretarial support including diary management, travel arrangements, correspondence, document management and meeting scheduling and coordination
  • Backup word processing / drafting and general administrative support
  • Managing billing processes
  • Supporting board meetings

 A little about YOU!

  • You will need to have extremely strong core administration experience (ideally within a legal firm or other professional office environment)
  • A calm and unflappable nature
  • Love a challenge
  • Previous diary management experience
  • Finessed communication, prioritisation and multi-tasking skills
  • Billing experience (dealing with billing and account enquiries)
