Broadspectrum have an opportunity for an Administrator to join their Finance & Admin team. This role can either be based in Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, or Christchurch.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be responsible for providing finance and admin support, ensuring you deliver excellent service to allocated contract/s or businesses
Your day to day duties will include but not limited to purchasing, general office and admin duties and seeing work orders through to completion.

ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role you will need to have relevant experience in Finance and Administration preferably within a similar industry.
You will need to be able to work effectively within a geographically dispersed team and work collaboratively with both external and internal stakeholders.
Sound IT skills and proven experience in Time Entry management (Payroll), Purchasing, Costing, Billing, Month-end closing, Forecasting and Reporting and Operational Administration.
We are after someone who is motivated, achievement-orientated, well-disciplined, task-focused with a strong sense of timelines.
As you will be working with different stakeholders, including Broadspectrum staff members and external vendors/suppliers, an engaging and confident demeanour will be key to your success in this role.
*Experience working with SAP or other similar program preferred.
