Can you quickly and easily build rapport with people on the telephone? Are your negotiation and persuasion skills second to none? Are you achievement motivated?
We're a global and well known company who's growing and we're looking for people who have great communication and listening skills who can negotiate with our clients' debtors to recover payment of outstanding accounts.
We're looking for people who have:
- Previous work experience in any of the following: collections, customer service, finance, sales or marketing
- Ability to negotiate and persuade/influence others
- Empathy and resilience to handle challenging and sensitive situations with debtors
- Ability to stay focused on achieving objectives
- Competent data entry and keyboard skills
- Ideally a tertiary qualification in finance/accounting, management/business administration or sales.
We will provide you with full training.
