In these roles you will be the first point of contact, meeting and greeting clients and carrying out the general day to day secretarial and clerical tasks.
Your day to day duties will include:
- Answering the telephone
- Organising mail, catering and couriers
- Organising meeting rooms
- Adhoc administration duties as required by the team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and personable
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in a customer service role
