Here is an amazing opportunity to further develop your coordination skills and get fully involved with the Location Information team and what they do!  The team manager is looking for someone who is keen to be given more responsibility around coordination of the work their team is producing. This includes managing timelines and actively bringing the team together.

You need a successful background as a coordinator or administrator or as a PA/Team administrator. This is a very collaborative team and requires a professional and proactive person with a warm and approachable manner and sound judgement. You will also need a keen eye for detail and the ability to multi-task!  Excellent communication skills as well as your strong relationship building skills will make you a pivotal point of contact within the team. You will need to combine superior levels of initiative, forward planning and strong organisational skills.

Our client is seeking someone with the professional confidence and ability to liaise at senior level and who can think ahead on behalf of the team as well as being able to visualise the bigger picture.

Key areas include

- Facilitation and collation of accountability documents and reports, including proof reading.
- Providing coordination support for key programmes of work/projects.
- Identifying and implementing ways of improving systems and processes - as well as highlighting any issues that need to be resolved.
- Diary management - booking facilities and resources for meetings and events including logistics.
- Providing wide ranging administration support to the team.
- MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), ideally MS Project.
