Sales & Product Co-ordinator
AMS is New Zealand's leading supplier of promotional Apparel and Merchandise .We work hard partnering our clients to activate their brands, some of which are the largest and most well known in Australasia.
We have offices in Auckland, Dunedin and Shanghai but we are proudly a Christchurch company.
Due to growth we currently have a pivotal vacancy and are looking for an experienced and skilled administrator. The primary function of the role is to administer and facilitate sales opportunities between our sales team and off shore suppliers.
You will be responsible for
- Partnering our account managers in developing great sales pitches and presentations for a selected client base
- Liaising with our suppliers to scope and quote on sales opportunities
- Administrating the production of jobs and communicating progress to account managers and clients
- Liaise with and support selected account managers and clients on day to day needs
If you have
- Excellent administration skills with a minimum of three years experience
- Confidence in working with a variety of systems
- A flexible and adaptable attitude
- Independent and strong work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail
