Our client is currently looking for someone who is organized and driven to join their Christchurch team on a full time and permanent basis. This is a unique opportunity to join an established player in the market, a company with a history spanning over 25 years and a leader in its sectors. The team is great; offering plenty of support and the opportunity for you to take responsibility for a variety of tasks.
Key responsibilities:
- Answering & transferring calls
- Customer service
- Sales invoicing
- Basic accounts duties including invoice processing and reconciliations
- Running internal reports
- Overseeing orders and stock control
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
Skills & experience:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to build and effectively manage client relationships
- A team player with strong communication skills
- A positive and professional manner
