About the role:
- A role with plenty of variety, no two days will be the same.
- Processing sales orders, invoices and running reports
- Liaising with customers and staff
- Supporting the sales staff in making their sale a smooth transaction.
- Exceptional communication skills are a must as the face of the business, you will be responsible for greeting customers and suppliers.
Skills & experience:
- With 3 – 5 years’ experience in an admin role you will be great with numbers, have a high attention to detail and have excellent multitasking skills.
- The go to for a team of 3, there are different personalities to work with, it is important you have an adaptable and supportive approach.
- Ability to pick up new processes quickly and accurately
- A team player and always offering support
