You'll love getting stuck into a job, and are no stranger to having lots on the go at once. Day to day most of your time will be split between assisting customers and suppliers with maintenance enquiries over the phone and managing the processing and reconciliation of up to 800 invoices per month!
An eye for detail, with the ability to pick up errors and initiative to identify cost savings opportunities would really impress. Ideally we seek someone with some industry experience in transport or workshop administration, however it is not imperative as training will be provided.
This role is a mix of customer and supplier assistance, invoice processing, reconciliations and cost reduction analysis so it provides great variety and plenty of challenges. It is a key role in our Maintenance team. Most of all, we're after people that are positive and highly motivated with loads of energy. You'll love assisting others and helping to provide our unbeatable standard of service.
